What is the rental fee and what does it include?
The rental fee varies depending on the package you choose. Whether you are looking for just a facility or an all inclusive package, we have a price to suit most any budget and the resources to include whatever needs to be included. Please contact us for a rental fee quote.
What’s the maximum number of guests the site can handle?
We have successfully accommodated up to 200 in our facility a number of times, but the occasion is the most magical at 100-150.
Will the site be shared with another wedding group?
No. The date you reserve is yours exclusively.
How many hours does the rental fee reserve the space? Are there any charges for overtime? When do they begin?
For our Saturday Wedding Package you have the facility from 8AM to Midnight. Any overtime charge would begin at Midnight at $125 per hour.
Do you have an in-house caterer or list of preferred caterers? Can I choose my own caterer?
At Poplar Grove we firmly believe in giving you the freedom to select all of your own vendors, if that is convenient for you. We do have a list of preferred vendors available upon request, but you are not limited to those vendors.
Are there adequate kitchen facilities?
Yes. We have a large kitchen equipped with two ovens and stove tops, two refrigerators, and spacious countertops.
Is there a dance floor?
Yes! So dance the night away!
